POLICE are hunting two men following an assault in Cwmbran.
They want to speak to Matthew Waters, 32 and David Thomas, 29, both from Pontypool, in connection with an assault that happened in Thornhill, Cwmbran, on July 30 at around 11.30am.
Matthew Waters has breached his licence conditions after being released from prison on 28th February 2017. He was serving a 10 month prison sentence for reckless driving. As he has breached his licence conditions he has been recalled to prison.
