YOU sent us hundreds of pictures of your pets for our Gwent’s Prettiest Pet competition - from cats and dogs, to rabbits and lizards.
We featured submitted entries which were sent from across the region in a special supplement last week, and these can also be viewed here.
And now you can vote for the winner of the reader vote, from a shortlist of five entries.
Voting closed at midnight on August 24.
Alfie the dog
Celli the cat
Hugo the dapper dog
Ronnie the rabbit
Skye the kitten
The Argus has teamed up with artist Christopher Langley to give away special artwork created from a photograph.
Mr Langley has chosen one winning pet to receive one of his pet portraits, worth £170, while the other winner will be decided by the public vote.
They will both receive a bespoke print on canvas created by Mr Langley, who is one of the artists in residence at the Celtic Manor Resort.
The print, on A2 canvas, will be created from a digital painting of the winning pets and will come with a signed certificate of authentication.
