ROAD closures will be in place on a Gwent road this weekend.
The A465 between Brynmawr and Gilwern will be closed from 8.30pm on Friday, September 22, to 9 am on Sunday, September 24.
The closure will involve lane closures on the the Brynmawr roundabout where the A467 from Abertillery, Blaina and Brynmawr, and the A4047 from Brynmawr town, joins the A465.
The Heads of the Valleys road between the Brynmawr roundabout and the Gilwern roundabout will close and a diversion will be in place
The closures are part of work to convert 8km of the A465 into two lanes in each direction.
