A ROAD near Gwent Police's headquarters in Cwmbran has reopened after an early morning crash.
The accident happened between the A4042 Turnpike Road roundabout and Caerleon Road and police closed the road at around 7.30am.
Queuing traffic was reported while the single vehicle was recovered, and its driver treated at the scene.
The road reopened at around 7.40am, with a police spokesman confirming that recovery work was still ongoing.
