RESIDENTS across Blaenau Gwent can download an app to their mobile phones to help report, request and apply for council services.
The Blaenau Gwent app also allows access to your local councillor information, including their address, telephone number and email address.
Since last year, more and more services have been added from applying for council tax reductions, to requesting waste and recycling receptacles and reporting issues such as dog fouling and fly-tipping.
Users can upload photos and videos, use maps to pinpoint a location and, by registering a few details, they can also receive feedback and track progress of their request as it is processed by the council.
Submitting reports and requests are quick and easy, as the mobile app allows residents to contact the council through their tablets, smart-phones and computer.
The app is available for free through the Android, iTunes and Windows online stores.
