Man arrested on suspicion kidnapping woman outside Newport Spar shop Caerleon Road
A 32-year-old Newport man has been arrested on suspicion of the kidnap of a 29-year-old woman outside a Spar shop.
Police still want to speak to anyone who was near the shop on Caerleon Road at around 8.25pm on Tuesday October 3.
