SDR racing
FOUR drivers have been issued with warnings after racing on the SDR road in Newport.
A spokeswoman for Gwent Police said the warnings were issued on Sunday, November 12.
She said: "Following recent reports of anti-social driving in and around Newport Retail Park, officers stopped and spoke to the drivers of four cars that were seen racing on the SDR road.
"These drivers were subsequently issued with Section 59 warnings. This means that, if within 12 months of the warning being issued, the driver or vehicle is seen driving in similar anti-social circumstances the vehicle can be seized."
