The Severn Bridge

The M48 bridge is now open again.

THE Severn Bridge has been shut to all traffic due to high winds.
Severn River Crossing PLC, the company who operate both the M48 bridge and the M4 Second Severn Crossing, issued the message at just after 12pm.
The M4 crossing remains open to traffic.
The motorway is closed in both directions etween junction two - the A466 Newhouse Roundabout - in Wales and junction one - Aust - in England.
