Man charged following police car fire in Bettws, Newport
A MAN has been charged following an arson attack on a police vehicle near to Bettws Police Station on Sunday, January 14.
A spokeswoman for Gwent Police said: "A 26-year-old man from Newport has been charged with arson with intent / being reckless as to whether life was endangered.
"He has been remanded to appear before Crown Court on Tuesday, February 27."
