Delays due to heavy traffic on M4 due to broken down car
DRIVERS can expect delays this evening due to a stalled car on the M4.
There is slow traffic on the M4 eastbound at junction 27.
One lane of traffic was closed for safety reasons because of the broken down car.
However the car has now been moved to the shoulder awaiting recovery and all lanes have been re-opened.
