THE first Newport marathon takes place this weekend.

And to mark what is a really special occasion for the city we want to support all those taking part in this inaugural event.

So if you know someone who is running the first ABP Newport Wales Marathon why not send them a good luck message.

We will print all those messages in Saturday's South Wales Argus - for free.

And remember if they are running to raise money for a charity close to their hearts don't forget to give that a mention too.
