DELAYS have been reported on the M4 eastbound this morning due to a broken down car.
One lane is blocked and there is slow traffic between J26 (Malpas Road/Brynglas Tunnels) and J25 A4042 / B4596 (Caerleon Road).
Lane two (Of two) is blocked inside the eastbound Brynglas Tunnel.
Motorway cameras show traffic is starting to build up.
