Traffic near junction 27
UPDATE 9.33am:
Traffic has returned to normal and the entry slip road at junction 27 is now clear.
AN crash involving a car is causing heavy traffic westbound on the M4 at Newport, around junction 27 (High Cross).
The entry slip road is partially blocked due to the crash, and the car involved has left the road.
Police are on scene assessing the incident, and the slip road is partially blocked.
