WILLIAMS Percy On 17th June 2018 Percival Williams passed away peacefully at his home in Blaendare Road, Pontypool, aged 83 years. Beloved Husband of the Late Thelma, devoted Father of Kevin and David, loved Brother of Iris, dearly loved Brother in law of Marjorie, much loved Gramp of Owain, Lowri, Cerys, Kayleigh and Cassie, sadly missed by Elaine. Funeral Thursday 28th June, service 2.00pm at the Gwent Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in lieu may be given for St. David's Foundation Hospice Care.
