A GWENT Dragons player is going to be inducted into the Show Racism the Red Card Hall of Fame.
Wales international Colin Charvis will be honoured at a awards ceremony at 10 Downing Street on Monday.
The awards were designed to recognise the contribution of time and commitment UK role models such as the Dragons flanker have given to the fight against racism.
This is the latest honour for the 17stone 9lb 35-year-old who already holds 94 Welsh caps as well as two British and Irish Lions caps.
Show Racism the Red Card is now in it's 12th year, with the Hall of Fame awards set up in 2004 to honour their longest standing patrons.
Mr Charvis will be among a host of celebrities at the ceremony, being hosted by Prime Minister Gordon Brown.
Sir Bobby Robson, Ian Wright, John Barnes and Gary Lineker will also be their receiving individual awards for help in combatting racism.
