THE Brussels regime, and its satellites in London and Edinburgh, have determined to eliminate the British fishing fleet as well as any other national asset upon which we might rely for our independence.
Now they're moving in for the kill. Fishermen know their waters and their "stocks" better than any academic, even an academic free of bias.
How heartening, therefore, to see the forces of justice beginning to muster.
Last year, the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) resolved to press for the repeal of the European Communities Act 1972 (ECA) - the Gordian Knot which tethers us for European exploitation.
This year, the FSB is setting off to demand repeal in the courts. Its members know that nothing else but repeal will save our industries, our high streets, our laws and customs, our liberties, our constitution and our democracy.
That is why the UK Independence Party (UKIP) is fighting each and every kind of election.
STEVE REED,
Prospective UKIP candidate,
Glastonbury, Somerset.
