SO, NEWPORT City Council let the big stores go out of town. Why?
Well let’s think. Ample parking, nice clean shops, no parking charges, only to name a few.
In reply, Newport City Council had John Frost Square built with shops. Well, 80 per cent empty shops, so now what do the super council do?
The super council want to build lots more shops to go with the shops now shut in John Frost Square and lots more shops closed in Newport town.
Will the last person leaving Newport shops please turn the lights off? It may save on my rates.
