Dŵr Cymru/Welsh Water said that the burst water main in Cwmbran has been fixed.
They added all the 2,300 properties affected by the water main burst have been re-connected.

Our Lady of the Angels Primary School in Cwmbran is closing today because of the burst water pipe.

Cwmbran Shopping centre has lost its water supply as a result of the burst main.
Gerry Hutchings, manager of Cwmbran Shopping said he understood the incident: "involves contractors working on the new Morrisons site".
He added: "One or two tenants have closed and our management team has visited all 200 tenants in the town centre to inform them of the current situation - we will update them as soon as the water supply is reconnected."

Torfaen Council customer care centre is also closed
Dŵr Cymru/Welsh Water said on their website that: a "third party has caused damage to a water main affecting drinking water supplies in the Cwmbran area." More
