VISITORS to Tredegar House in Newport were treated to a spectacular display of wood carvings.
It was held in the picturesque surroundings of the 17th-century stable block, and visitors were given demonstrations and tips, conducted by ISCA woodcrafts, which has a workshop at the National Trust property.
The displays included wood turning, wood carving, box-making, and stick-making from a selection of international and native woods.
There was then the chance to buy some of the crafts.
