ARE there any readers who lived in Williams Street or Raglan Street on the day of the Queen’s Coronation?
I lived in Williams Street and my late husband lived in Raglan Street at that time, even though it was some years later that we met and eventually got married.
Seeing the programme on TV a few weeks ago entitled Elizabeth’s Wales brought back fond memories and I am wondering if anyone from those two streets has any photographs taken on Coronation Day of the events that took place there.
Sadly, all my photographs were lost when my late parents moved away from Williams Street.
Hopefully these memories exist.
