Two lanes closed on M4 after J25 crash

TWO lanes are closed and slow traffic is reported after an accident on the M4 in Newport.
The multi-vehicle incident happened on St Julian's Hill eastbound between J25 A4042 / B4596 (Caerleon) and J24 A48 / A449 (Coldra).
Congestion is reported back to J26 A4042 / A4051 (Malpas Road). Average speed is 10mph. Travel time is 15 minutes. Emergency services are on scene with a suspected three or four vehicle collision blocking lanes one and two (Of three).
