Caravan trouble closes one lane and delays on M4 in Newport

ONE lane is closed and heavy traffic is reported on the M4 in Newport this morning due to a broken down caravan and recovery work.
The stretch affected is the M4 eastbound between J25 A4042 / B4596 (Caerleon) and J24 A48 / A449 (Coldra). Lane one (of three) is closed whilst a caravan has a wheel changed.
