One cut from vehicle in Brynglas crash

UPDATE: The driver of one of the cars involved in the Brynglas crash this morning was taken to the Royal Gwent Hospital with minor injuries.
A red Peugeot 306 and a black Ford Fiesta were involved.

A PASSENGER had to be cut out of a vehicle by the fire service after a crash in Newport this morning. Firefighters were called at 7am that two vehicles had crashed on Brynglas Road. A female was cut from one of the vehicles. Three crews, two from Malpas and one from Duffryn, attended.
