UPDATE: 9.55am
Two lorry drivers were injured following a crash on the A449 between Newport and Usk this morning involving three lorries.
They were taken to the Royal Gwent Hospital in Newport with injuries described as "not life threatening".
The collision happened at around 5.45am on the A449 southbound around a mile from the Coldra.
One lane was blocked while the three heavy goods vehicles were recovered and while debris was cleared.
Gwent Police said the lane has now re-opened.

An accident between three lorries has caused major traffic problems on the A449 near Usk.
The fire service were called at 5.55am this morning to the accident on the A449 Southbound between A472 (Usk Interchange, Usk) and M4 J24 / A48 (Coldra, Newport).
One lane has been closed and there is heavy traffic due to debris on road and an oil spillage
Police are awaiting recovery vehicles and the Trunk Road Agency to clean the oil, debris and damage. The carriageway was fully blocked but lane two re-opened at 6.25am. Traffic is easing but still very slow.
