Only this morning a young woman was oblivious to the fact that she was wearing a large tear in the crotch area of her bottoms. When I kindly pointed out that her modesty needed covering she screamed out that I should not have been looking. My response to this was that as Headmaster of the school I was perfectly within my rights to view the parents with my binoculars from the comfort of my own office.
Gwent police I hope you are watching these young ‘Vicky Pollards’ because I certainly will be!!
