Man injured in M4 smash

A MAN was taken to hospital following an accident on the M4 this afternoon.
South Wales Fire and Rescue Service were called to the collision on the M4 eastbound between junction 24 and 23A, which involved one car, at around 4.25pm.
A fire service spokeswoman said firefighters stabilised the car to remove the man from the vehicle.
The man was taken to hospital but the extent of his injuries are not known at this time.
