Ebbw Vale youngsters toddle for good cause
YOUNGSTERS in Ebbw Vale took part in a sponsored walk around the lake at Victoria Park in aid of Barnardos.
Seven children, who attend Wiggly Gigglys Day Nursery, took the opportunity to don fancy dress outfits to the theme of super heroes and princesses.
Organised by Ebbw Vale and District Trust and Communities First, the children and staff members undertook the half hour walk on Thursday.
The walk was followed by games, arts and crafts and a bouncy castle.
Room supervisor at the nursery, Rachel Winterson, who took part in the walk said: "It was a successful event and all the children enjoyed dressing up and taking part."Parents sponsored the walk and the money is currently being counted."
