M4 crash causes delays at J28
DELAYS and slow traffic is reported on the M4 eastbound between J29 and J28 after a car and a lorry collided.
Traffic is reported to be moving at an average speed of 25 mph. Travel time is five minutes.
Fire crews attended the collision at 9.01am at the Tredegar Park roundabout, junction 28.
There were no casualties.
