POLICE investigating the fire which claimed the lives of three generations of a Cwmbran family continued to question a 27-year-old man this afternoon.
Gwent Police confirmed that a Superindendent applied for an initial 12 hour custody extension at 5am this morning which runs out at 5pm today.
The man being held has been named locally as Carl Mills, boyfriend of blaze victim, Kayleigh Buckley.
