Cwmbran man's stabbing could be self-inflicted

A MAN who was taken to hospital with stomach injuries may have inflicted the injuries himself.

The ambulance service were called to the incident on the Forge Hammer Industrial Estate in Cwmbran at 7.09pm on Monday night.

A man in his 30s was taken to the Royal Gwent Hospital with what Gwent Police described as "a minor stab injury to the stomach".

Police have made enquiries and are not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident.

The man has since discharged himself from hospital, they said.

A MAN was taken to hospital with stomach injuries after a suspected stabbing outside Aldi in Cwmbran.

The ambulance service were called to the incident on the Forge Hammer Industrial Estate at 7.09pm on Monday night.

A man in his thirties was taken to the Royal Gwent Hospital with stomach injuries.
