MEDAL MEETING: Paralympic medallist Jenny McLoughlin with the 2nd Chepstow Rainbows
PARALYMPIC medallist Jenny McLoughlin, inspired 2nd Chepstow Rainbows in her home town when she called in to show them her bronze medal, won in the 100m relay in London.
The rainbows, all aged between five and seven, are pictured with Jenny, herself a former ranger and guiding helper in Chepstow.
The excited rainbows at Thornwell School also had the chance to hold Jenny’s medal and to talk with the Paralympian, who is back in Wales to continue her education at Cardiff University.
The rainbows also discussed their favourite sports with gymnastics, swimming and running their favourites.
