Pair cut from vehicle in Heads of the Valleys crash

TWO elderly people were cut from their vehicle following an accident on the Heads of the Valleys road.
The incident, involving a car and van, happened on the A465 between Tredegar and Rhymney at 10.30am this morning.
The pair, a man and woman, were taken to Nevill Hall Hospital, Abergavenny, for treatment.
It is not known what injuries they sustained.
