MONEY for dualling a stretch of the A465 Heads of the Valley road in Gwent will be made available it was announced today.
Finance Minister Jane Hutt said the Welsh Government's Draft Budget for 2013-14 will include 65m for improving transport including 40m for the Brynmawr to Tredegar section of the Dualling programme.
