COMMERCIAL Street in Newport is closed due to an accident this afternoon.
The incident, involving a single vehicle is on the junction with Hill Street. Emergency services are attending to a vehicle which has collided with a building in the city centre.
Recovery is en-route to the scene and there are no reported delays.
