SCENE: The charred house on Broadmead Park in Newport
A MAN has been charged with arson with intent to endanger life following an attack on a Newport home which killed a pet dog.
Luke Morgan, 21, of Broadmead Park, appeared at Caerphilly Magistrates’ Court to answer the charge following the blaze at the terraced home in Broadmead Park on Thursday morning.
He was remanded in custody and is due to appear at crown court on November 1.
