Delays on M4 after lorry hits bridge
SLOW traffic is reported this afternoon and one lane closed due to an accident and debris on the road on the M4 eastbound at J28, Tredegar Park.
Traffic officers are on scene to the accident in which a lorry carrying a crane has hit the bridge.
