TOMORROW is Sparkle for Sparkle day. And schools and offices across Gwent can all take part.
All you need to do is to dress in sparkling clothes - throw on some tinsel or some glitter and help raise money for a worthy cause.
Sparkle day allows the whole of Gwent to shine and raise funds for a £5.9 milllion centre to help disabled children in Newport, Torfaen and south Monmouthshire.
The specialist state-of-the-art centre will ensure that local children get the care they truly deserve.
Businesses already agreeing to hold events for Sparkle day include BerrySmith's solicitors, HASBRO, Barclay's Bank and some staff at the Royal Gwent Hospital.
