Pupils from Ysgol Gyfun Gwynllyw took part in a Sponsored Silence on the 3.11.08 to raise money for charity.

Ben Hardwidge, Sian Notley, Samantha Taylor, Bethan Edmunds, Jordan Hallet and Ellie Mabe, raised money for Children In Need by being Silent for a whole day! "It was a huge challenge, but we overcame it and had a very fun day", said Ben. The 6 had to be silent whilst also in their classes.

"We all enjoyed loads, and can't wait to do another one next year", said Sian.

They would all like to thank everyone for supporting and for sponsoring them, without these people they would never of raised the wopping £150!!!!
