AN inshore lifeboat owned by SARA, the Severn Area Rescue Association, will be among 1,000 vessels taking part in the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Flotilla on the River Thames tomorrow (SUN JUN 3).
SARA Lifeboat Number Two, said SARA's south west commander Mervyn Fleming, of Newport, is so new she has not even been officially launched. She will be based in Gloucestershire.
