Shire Hall plan under spotlight

A PLANNING application for repair and refurbishment of Monmouth's Grade One-listed Shire Hall, which last week scooped a £3.1 million Heritage Lottery Fund grant, will be considered by Monmouthshire county council's planning committee later in the summer.
It has been submitted by the council's estates department.
