PUBLIC DRINKING: It would appear that the problem of youngsters drinking alcohol in public places is not entirely over. A gentleman of my acquaintance informed me that some young men were seen drinking on a grassy patch just off Drinkwater Gardens.

The managing director, the company secretary and the hon treasurer are due to retire and nominations for these posts given in writing to the company secretary during this coming week.
