Broken down van causes M4 delays at J28
QUEUEING traffic is reported on the M4 between J28 at Tredegar Park and J25a and the exit slip road westbound at J28 is partially blocked due to a broken down van.
Traffic has queued onto the main carriageway and congestion is heading through to the Brynglas Tunnels.
