STRICTLY Come Dancing may be over for another year but one of its ballroom stars will be back strutting his stuff at the Celtic Manor Resort in March.

Brendan Cole, an ever-present on the BBC TV show since winning the opening series with TV presenter Natasha Kaplinsky in 2004, will bring the sparkle of the ballroom to the Newport venue with a show called Live at the Manor.

He proved a popular performer once again on this season's show, teaming up with Olympic cycling champion Pendleton to reach week eight of the competition.

"It will be an absolute pleasure to return to the Celtic Manor Resort and enjoy some more of that famous Welsh hospitality," said New Zealander Cole.

"The wonderful ballroom at the Celtic Manor is the perfect venue for a more intimate stage show and I really enjoyed meeting the audience last year.  "This really is unique among the shows I perform and it's a great way for dance lovers to get right up close to what we do."
