Guiseley have been given a home start to their Conference North season.

The Lions face Solihull Moors on Saturday, August 17.

Steve Kittrick's men then have three away matches out of four before September brings three home matches out of four, with the plum being the derby with Bradford Park Avenue on Tuesday the 17th.

The return at Horsfall Stadium comes as early as November 30, while the trad-itional festive derbies with Harrogate Town are away on Boxing Day and home on New Year’s Day.

Guiseley have to wait a lot longer before they meet 7-2 Conference North favourites AFC Telford United.

The Lions visit the west midlands on Saturday, February 1, the home clash coming two months later.

Second-favourites Stockport County (11-2 with Blue Square) also meet Guiseley twice after Christmas, trav-elling to Nethermoor on Saturday, January 18 before hosting the Lions on Saturday, March 15.

In contrast, third favourites Brackley Town (9-1) are at Guiseley on Saturday, Septem-ber 7, with the return clash as early as Saturday, January 4.

Guiseley are next in the odds at 11-1, and meet Lee Sinnott’s Altrincham (12-1 fifth favourites) away on Saturday, October 5 and at home on Saturday, December 21.
