A PERSON is trapped in a vehicle after a road traffic accident on the M4, as heavy wind and rain hits Gwent.
South Wales Fire and Rescue Service (SWFRS) were called to an incident involving one vehicle on the M4 Westbound before junction 23A, Magor, at 7.44pm.
The roof of the vehicle is being removed on the request of the paramedics who are in attendance.
SWFRS say they are "inundated with calls" and have also reported flooding in Abertysswg.
