1.If you had to be stuck in a lift with someone, who would it be and why?

Vera Lynn, I absolutely love songs from the wartime era so we could have a good sing along together!!

2 What is your biggest fear?

Disappointing those closest to me.

I’m always saluting magpies, there seem to be quite a lot around my house so I am constantly wishing them good morning or evening and giving them a salute!

4.If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?

Louie Armstrong’s What a Wonderful World. I love this song. It was played at my late grandfather or as I called him Bampa’s funeral as it was one of his favourites. It always brings back wonderful memories of him whenever I hear it.

My Bampa was a big inspiration to me and often had many words of wisdom “ You get more by licking than barking” is one that particularly sticks with me.

I have a few…. Port, Cheese and brass bands.

My cornet. Playing a musical instrument since the age of 7 has brought so many wonderful opportunities to me. My grandparents bought my current cornet around 15 years ago I would be very lost without it.

My dodgy back- other than that I’m pretty content with life!

My partner and I have just come back from a wonderful holiday to Tunisia but we are planning a few trips in the UK over the next few months with our new puppy Ralph.
