A TEENAGER arrested on suspicion of threats to kill and conspiracy to commit murder at a school has received a conditional caution from police for having a knife at school.
The alleged incident was reported on May 1 this year at Cwmcarn High School.
A Gwent Police spokeswoman said this morning: “Following CPS advice, the 15-year-old girl from Newbridge who was arrested on suspicion of threats to kill and conspiracy to commit murder has been released with no further action.
“She has received a conditional caution for possession of a bladed article on a school premises.”
The Argus reported earlier this year that another girl, 14, from Risca would face no further police action after being arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder.
At the time Gwent Police said nobody was harmed as a result of the incident, and the matter was "resolved peacefully".
