A COLLISION between two cars on the M4 eastbound between junctions 27 (High Cross) and 26 (Malpas Road) has blocked two lanes and is causing severe congestion.
Eastbound queues are back to beyond junction 28 (Tredegar Park), and traffic is slow westbound due to reports of motorists slowing to view the incident.
The collision occurred at around 6pm and emergency services are at the scene.
