ONE lane is blocked due to an accident on the A40 Monmouth.
The collision between a HGV and a car occurred on the southbound side of the A40 between Monmouth and the Gibraltar Tunnels. Gwent Police arrived at 10.15am and are still in attendance.
A Gwent Police spokesman said there were no injuries and they are waiting for the vehicles to be recovered.
Paramedics were also in attendance. Traffic is able to pass in lane two.
