Pair chase thief from Cardiff Road shop
TWO people chased a thief who ran off with seven coats from a shop on Cardiff Road in Newport yesterday.
A man entered the Profile store at around 5pm and ran off with the coats. He was wearing grey jogging bottoms, a black hooded top and a black scarf with white writing on it which he used to cover his face.
Police are keen to speak to the two people who gave chase as they may be able to assist with enquiries.
